I am looking to gather your support in enacting the Safe child act in Wisconsin to protect children in Wisconsin from the use of the discredited pro-pedophile parental alienation theory This is an example of a pas report used in Wisconsin Rapids his report was not only allowed in the court but used to swipe criminal charges, lead to the chips being unsubstantiated, and now over nights at the same alleged sex offenders home with supervision by the same individual that was there when the alleged sexual abuse occurred.
It is the District attorneys responsibility to block these reports yet that never occurred

Parental Alienation Syndrome is not mentioned by name, but the law would bar theories like PAS that have no scientific basis. Furthermore professionals who seek to use such bogus theories would be barred from participating in domestic violence cases. The recent rejection of the campaign to include PAS in the DSM IV because it has no scientific basis should make it easy for PAS to be rejected including when it is used by other names such as parental alienation or just alienation.
